This Return Policy explains how Shrexxonwhnraxio handles returns and statutory withdrawal for consumers in distance contracts, in line with EU consumer law and German national implementation, where applicable. It applies when you purchase as a consumer in the European Union and the statutory withdrawal right exists for your order, subject to the exceptions below.

1. Right of withdrawal

If you qualify as a consumer, you may have a fourteen-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example letter or email) using the contact details published on the Site.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs at the basic rate, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from when we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

We use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Return shipment

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or we failed to disclose that you must bear those costs.

4. Condition of goods

Goods must be returned with essential components and packaging where reasonable. A deduction may be made for diminished value only if the diminished value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.

5. Exceptions

Statutory exceptions apply to certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, where applicable.

6. Voluntary returns

Where we offer voluntary commercial guarantees beyond statutory rights, the scope is stated at purchase. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
